UKCF believes that words need real action for genuine, discernible change to occur. For this reason, we call upon the creative industries to join forces and heed the 20 recommendations outlined in this report to drive tangible progress and change.

Founded in 2017, It exists to support diverse and underrepresented talent access more career pathways and work opportunities within the UK creative industries.

Consciousness, Courage & Commitment Research Report

This research report was commissioned in 2023 to explore and highlight the reasons why overall progress on diversity is so persistently slow, disjointed and imbalanced.

The net result of this current situation, as the research will attest to, places the UK creative industries at risk of losing some of the very best young diverse creative talent the UK has to offer.
